This month’s featured artist is Debra Horan, who happens to be the owner of Booklovers’ Gourmet. Her work centers around meaningful connections and experiences in nature, whether walking a trail in the woods or lingering in a backyard garden. Spending time in nature is a simple way to reconnect with ourselves and restore our well-being. For the body, fresh air, sunlight, and movement can help us feel more energized and relaxed. For the mind, being surrounded by trees, water, and open spaces can quiet the noise of everyday life, reduce stress, and create a sense of clarity. And for the spirit, nature offers a beautiful opportunity to slow down, be present, and remember that we are part of something greater than ourselves.
