This is a series of 7 Saturday classes instructed by Joanne LaLiberte (Certified pre-med, Reiki Master, Yoga instructor and educator). Future dates are: March 24^th, April 14^th & 21^st, May 12^th & 19^th, June 9^th from 10:30 am-12:30 pm. Each class will focus on one of our power centers (chakras) that will aide in the releasing and strengthening of that chakra. Disciplines will include aromatherapy, crystals, colors, daily practices such as breathing and meditation and more. $25 per class with several payment option discounts for multiple classes.
