SUMMARY:The Art of Aromatherapy: Making Your Own Perfume workshop
DESCRIPTION:Aromatherapy is taking the fragrance of a plant\, concentrates it down into a delicate oil form (an essential oil). Naturopathic medicine uses essential oils to maintain one’s overall health; it is considered medicine. In class you will create your own customized perfume\, talking about each plant essence\, creating a matrix of fragrance that will change over the time it is worn. DESCRIPTION:Come to this 2 hour workshop and learn ways to let go of resentments\, let go of perfection\, let go of whatever and put peace first. We will discuss situations where we are stuck and you will walk away with tips\, tools and techniques to help you learn to LET IT GO!!! Cost is $25 per person and space is limited. \nThe term ‘letting go’ can have different meanings at any given time. You might be having a hard time letting go of resentment or anger. You may be struggling to let go of household items even though you haven’t used them in years. You might be challenged with letting go of that past relationship. You could be having a hard time letting go of the need to be perfect. \nRegardless of what it is that you are trying to let go of\, you are blocked and stuck and want to move past it. You feel stressed out and want to find a way to release it\, once and for all. \nAbout Gayle Suzanne: Gayle has a deep desire to help others press through challenges so they can live a happier\, more fulfilled life.
