EFT for Anxiety Workshop

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a self-empowerment tool perfect for honoring emotions as they occur. EFT is also referred to as ‘Tapping’, due to the involved practice of physically tapping on acupressure points. This stimulates the brain allowing you to acknowledge intense feelings and reduce their effects. Simultaneously calming your body’s fight or flight response and lowering stress.
Tianna Mercier is passionate about sharing the gift of EFT following immensely positive personal experiences with its use. After suffering from a traumatic head injury, she experienced many unexpected emotional side effects due to a condition called Post-Concussive Syndrome. Discovering and utilizing EFT was instrumental in her recovery and growth. She has now dedicated herself to sharing the benefits of EFT with as many as she can.
